Superior Technology and Energy Efficiency

Schüco window systems offer a combined system with equal sash profiles for the center seal and the compression seal. The push-button seal concept of both systems ensures perfect sealing. Furthermore, the encircling seal layer offers maximum functional reliability. This system features 82 mm frame mounting to achieve superior thermal insulation with optimized chamber geometry and 7-chamber profile design. This results in U⒡ values of up to 0.96 W/(m²K). Ift complies with passive house standards and has a medium-wick design. Furthermore, the 20 mm installation depth and glass cavity features guarantee low heat loss in the glass joining zones. This system also supports glazing with glass thicknesses from 24 mm to 52 mm.

Comfort and Aesthetic Design

Schüco window systems are equipped with in-edge washing tabs that make cleaning easier for users. The 5 mm seal gap ensures that the windows close softly. Furthermore, the sash geometry with recessed sash appearance (Classic) and the narrow front view width of 120 mm (Standard profile combination) give the window a slim and aesthetic appearance. This system also uses the same glazing beads for the sash and frame fixed glazing and offers an extended glazing bead as a visual finish at the installation depth.

Safety and Easy Installation

Schüco window systems combine security and easy installation. Corner retaining seals on the sashes are secured with special screw channels and the 13 mm mechanism axis allows the addition of additional anti-theft mechanisms. The system has an increased depth for increased security and burglary protection up to RC 2. In addition, clip hooks on the bini profiles are used to facilitate installation and center the screwing.

Ease of Manufacturing Thanks to special patented technology, Schüco window systems make welding of profiles unnecessary. The compression sealing and center sealing process involves uniform system dimensions, such as the depth of the glass level from the bottom. The same reinforcement profiles are used for the frame and sash frames. The system also has a uniform channel height of 3 mm for the T-connection, which ensures a uniform milling pattern.
